Course Director
From Government departments, electric utilities, plant owners and investors, project developers, independent system operators, regulatory and research groups, and financiers. James Booker has 36 years’ experience in energy and construction sectors in North America, South America and throughout Asia. He advises several clients engaged in major power development projects in the region and provides them advice on development strategy, PPA and EPC contracts, fuel procurement and dispute resolution. Prior to forming his own consulting company, he was Senior Vice President with PT Paiton Energy, a developer of major IPP projects.
