Byron Xavier is Director of Xavier & Associates LLC. He was previously General Counsel at Epson Singapore Pte Ltd and was responsible for overseeing all of Epson’s legal matters throughout Southeast and South Asia, including drafting and negotiating contracts across multiple jurisdictions, managing civil and criminal litigation, directing intellectual property registration and enforcement strategies and handling other general corporate matters.
